Regional Finance Manager – US/Canada/UK/Ireland

Lead the regional finance function across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland
Take responsibility for regional financial accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Review monthly accounts and supervise accounting operations with the Accounting Shared Service Center
Provide performance analysis and insights with the FP&A team
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and declarations
Lead annual regional financial audits and support the Group audit process
Maintain and improve internal controls aligned with Group policies and procedures
Oversee cash collection activities and accounts receivable performance
Act as a strategic finance partner to regional leadership teams
Align regional financial strategies with Group objectives
Support the Group CFO with financial data, analysis, reporting, and financial risk mitigation
Participate in group-wide projects and ad hoc assignments
Identify opportunities for growth, cost efficiency, and process optimization
Collaborate with local operational teams and the Accounting Shared Service Center
Represent finance with auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions
Provide financial insights to local leadership teams
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Assess and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting
Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards
Uphold company cultural values while supporting team development and leadership growth

Requirements

More than 8 years of professional experience
More than 8 years of experience in a similar position in a medium/large private or multinational company
Experience with regional or multi-country responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
English proficiency (mandatory)
Local language proficiency
Strong people leadership ability
Accounting processes knowledge
Financial reporting experience
Audit support experience
High level of business acumen and strategic thinking
Change management experience
Proficiency with MS Office
SAP FI proficiency ideally
