Finance & Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Manage monthly client invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and own the collections process while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and monthly close activities to ensure accurate financial records.

Contract Administration:

• Generate client contracts, SOWs, and amendments using standardized templates, ensuring alignment with approved pricing.
• Track renewal dates and contract milestones, coordinate signatures, and maintain organized contract files.

Process Improvement & Systems:

• Document finance and operational processes in clear, repeatable formats and identify automation opportunities.
• Support ERP/CRM improvements, data hygiene, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
