Freight forwarding / logistics employee (m/f/d)

We are looking for a freight forwarding / logistics employee (m/f/d) for our location in Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel.

Responsibilities:

• order entry, processing and shipping preparation
• Freight inquiries and orders
• Coordination of freight with customers and carriers
• Preparation of shipping documents
• Processing of customer complaints regarding the freight
• Processing of complaints to the forwarding agent
• Processing of damage reports to the transport insurance
• Creation of CMRs
• Activities of the dangerous goods officer

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in handling shipping documents desirable
• Negotiation skills, initiative and commitment
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Quick learner and structured work
• Good to very good PC skills
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
