FP&A Analyst (Fully Remote)

• We are a private equity-backed veterinary service organization supporting over 250 hospitals across 30+ states.
• This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of FP&A and partners with regional and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly reporting package production, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Prepare variance analysis and maintain credit-agreement EBITDA builds for lender reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience; advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience with EBITDA bridges, variance analysis, and BI tools like Tableau.
