Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of global compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage compensation platforms, HR systems, and related tools.
• Prepare compensation planning data by analyzing market trends and internal information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, HR operations, or compensation.
• Experience with Workday and compensation management tools is preferred.
