Fractional CMO – Marketing Strategy

Define, refine, and elevate each law firm's brand strategy and positioning
Build high-performing marketing campaigns
Optimize digital and traditional marketing channels
Implement scalable marketing systems and compliant workflows
Use KPIs and analytics to measure results and guide decisions
Optimize campaigns to improve measurable ROI
Coach and mentor law firm owners and internal marketing teams
Improve client skills, processes, and accountability
Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners
Serve as the marketing partner for a portfolio of growing law firms
Help law firm owners build brands, generate predictable leads, and scale with intention

Requirements

12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
Sustained experience advising or leading marketing for small to mid-sized businesses with roughly $5M–$30M+ in revenue
Direct, concurrent experience managing 2+ client relationships simultaneously for a year or more
Experience as a CMO, Fractional CMO, Outsourced CMO, Marketing Advisor, or in a similar multi-client marketing leadership role
Experience partnering directly with founders or business owners
Proven ability to translate marketing analytics into actionable strategy
Skilled at coaching and mentoring non-marketing executives and teams
Comfortable with hands-on execution and implementing compliant, scalable workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
Applicants must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Legal industry experience is not required; willingness to learn law-firm advertising and bar-compliance rules
Experience in service-based industries and helping organizations scale beyond founder dependence is advantageous
