Freelance Senior Project Manager – Architecture, Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Independent leadership and management of complex construction and architectural projects
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams including planners, specialist engineers, and clients
• Management of costs, schedules and quality across all project phases
• Contract and change order management, as well as management of external service providers
• Communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
• Ensuring successful project delivery in line with our quality objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project management or project control
• Solid knowledge of HOAI
• Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and very good English skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communicator, team-oriented and confident in dealing with clients
• Availability for freelance project work (on-site or remote)
