Full Cycle Account Executive - Germany Market (2 days office / 3 days field / Early Phase / Hands-on)

As the business grows, this role is designed to evolve from an individual contributor into a Section Manager and, ultimately, a Country Manager. Your growth will be driven by performance and the success of the business, not by predetermined timelines.

So, what does that look like day to day?

What You'll Do

As one of the first commercial team members in Germany, you'll help build Fact Base's business from the ground up while owning the customer journey from the first conversation through early customer success.

You'll work directly with manufacturers to understand how they operate, identify opportunities to improve engineering information management, and build long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and self-generated opportunities.
• Maintaining a high level of outbound activity, including cold calling and customer outreach.
• Visiting manufacturers across Germany to understand production workflows and operational challenges.
• Demonstrating ZUMEN to engineers, plant managers, and business leaders.
• Managing the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract execution.
• Supporting customers during onboarding and early adoption.
• Gathering customer insights and sharing feedback with our Product and Leadership teams.
• Helping establish repeatable sales processes that will support the future growth of our Germany business.

Required

• Experience in B2B field sales.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mentality.
• Comfortable visiting manufacturing sites and engaging directly with customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.

Preferred

• Sales experience over 2 years.
• Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Experience in high-performance sales organizations.
• Previous experience in startup or early-stage environments.

Here's what you can expect in return.

Compensation, Benefits & Work Style

Compensation

Approximately 75% Base / 25% Variable

Commission paid semi-annually.

Performance multiplier of up to 2x commission for outstanding results.

Work Style

• Approximately 2 days per week office-based.
• Approximately 3 days per week visiting manufacturers across Germany.
