General Manager – Asia-Pacific

Lead the strategy, buildout, and scaling of Iterative Health’s APAC operations
Launch operations in Singapore as a regional hub
Support and grow the early footprint in India and Australia
Build a regional hub-and-spoke model supporting patient recruitment and clinical trial execution across neighboring countries
Set direction, resourcing, and operating cadence for country leads
Build site networks, sponsor relationships, and operating rhythm where country leadership is not yet established
Own full P&L accountability for the APAC region, including revenue growth, operating performance, and resource allocation
Build Singapore clinical trial infrastructure alongside a partnered local hospital system
Design operating models for each country and establish the regional operating cadence
Balance near-term market execution with investments needed for a scalable regional business
Establish relationships with private investigators and global/local sponsor partners
Establish new markets and develop a repeatable market-entry playbook
Direct organizational, systems, and process improvements to close scaling gaps
Serve as senior point of contact and escalation for APAC sponsors
Represent APAC to the Global COO and executive leadership
Align sponsor priorities with Life Sciences and global leadership
Represent the region externally with sponsors and partners
Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Prior experience as a GM, Country Manager, or equivalent P&L owner in at least one market
Background in healthcare, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences
Direct experience building a market or business from scratch
Experience hiring and developing other GMs or senior operators
Comfortable with full P&L accountability while building the team and infrastructure from the ground up
Strong stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel regularly across APAC markets (25%+)
Familiarity with clinical trial operations, site management, and sponsor-side dynamics in at least one APAC market (preferred)
Experience leading or supporting M&A (preferred)
Time in top-tier consulting, e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain (preferred)
