German / English Customer Support Agent

• Provide customer service for multinational consumer electronics and e-commerce companies
• Communicate with customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone
• Troubleshoot customer issues calmly and provide assistance when needed

Requirements

• German at an advanced level (C1 minimum)
• English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum)
