German speaking Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist, Industrial Workforce

We are looking for a hands on, street smart Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist to join our Luxembourg area office and support our German industrial workforce business.

This is a practical, operational role, not a senior HR strategy or corporate talent acquisition role. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and mobilising skilled workers across borders, primarily from Eastern Europe, for industrial clients in Germany. You will be part of our operations team and play a key role in building a reliable recruitment engine with strong candidate follow up, fast execution, clear structure, and high service levels.

Formal education is welcome, but it is not the deciding factor. We care more about practical recruitment experience, common sense, persistence, ownership, and the ability to get qualified workers ready to start on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and recruit candidates (skilled workers including welders) primarily from Eastern Europe for industrial clients in Germany.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified candidates ready for deployment.
• Conduct screening interviews and validate candidate qualifications and readiness.
• Coordinate closely with sales and operations to match candidates with customer demand.
• Manage onboarding preparation including documentation and compliance.
• Ensure candidates are fully prepared and ready to start on time.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Develop and optimise sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
• Create structure and visibility in pipeline, status, and delivery timelines.

IDEAL PROFILE

• You may have worked in recruitment, staffing, logistics, hospitality, dispatch, workforce planning, or operations.
• You have practical experience calling, screening, coordinating, or mobilising candidates or workers.
• Experience with blue collar, industrial, technical, logistics, hospitality, or high volume recruitment is a strong advantage.
• You can communicate professionally in German and English.
• You are structured, persistent, direct, and comfortable managing several live processes at the same time.
• You enjoy practical execution, candidate follow up, documentation, availability checks, and daily coordination.
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly.
• You are able to build trust with candidates from different cultural backgrounds.
• You have an ownership mindset and take responsibility for getting people ready to start on time.
• Formal education is welcome, but not the deciding factor. We care more about common sense, speed, structure, persistence, and practical recruitment ability.
• Interest in AI tools and digital recruitment processes is an advantage.

MUST HAVE

• Professional German proficiency.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
• Ability to work on site from our Luxembourg area office.
• Hands on experience in recruitment, sourcing, staffing, logistics, hospitality, dispatch, workforce planning, or operations.
