Global IT Project Manager m/f/d

As Global IT Project Manager, you lead infrastructure-focused initiatives across CordenPharma’s international manufacturing network. You drive global IT rollouts, manage complex vendor partnerships, and ensure compliant, validated systems in regulated environments. You collaborate with senior leaders to align projects with global PMO standards and drive efficiency, security, and scalability. This role offers visibility, cross-site impact, and the chance to shape IT enablement for patient-focused manufacturing.

• Lead global IT application rollouts across international sites
• Governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic direction
• Contribute to continuous development of the Global IT PMO (methods, templates, tools)
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and validated environments
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation to deployment
• Mentor local project managers and project teams
• Coordinate internal resources, external partners, and vendors
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and manufacturing sites
• Oversee successful deployment and adoption of new systems and processes

• Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Multiple years of experience managing international IT implementation projects in manufacturing/pharma/regulatory environments
• Proven track record delivering global application rollouts and transformation initiatives
• Experience with third-party vendors and consultancy partners
• Understanding of GxP-regulated environments and IT requirements (advantage)
• Experience implementing compliant IT and OT systems in manufacturing and supply chain
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive projects in a complex international matrix organization
• Fluent English and German; additional languages advantageous
