Project Manager Global Quality (f/m/d)

In this role you drive corporate quality projects, ensuring the Quality Management System meets regulatory and customer expectations. You will lead long-term initiatives (e.g., Veeva, LIMS) and smaller concurrent projects, coordinating with stakeholders to keep plans on track. You’ll ensure compliance with FDA/EMA and align with company standards while managing risks and budgets. The position offers cross-site collaboration and meaningful impact on patient safety and product quality. You will work in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.

• Plan and initiate quality projects, define scope and deliverables, gather requirements and align with organizational goals
• Monitor timelines and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage stakeholders and Steering Committees
• Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities (FDA/EMA)
• Identify risks, craft mitigation strategies, keep projects on track
• Escalate risks or issues to upper management in a timely manner

• Degree in natural sciences or comparable qualification
• Project management experience in a regulated environment
• Familiar with Jira or an equivalent PM tool
• GMP and CSV exposure is a plus
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Results-oriented, able to work under pressure independently
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel across Aenova sites
