Global Project Business Quality Leader (m/f/d)

As Global Project Business Quality Leader, you will build a scalable quality model that integrates design, configuration, manufacturing, installation and commissioning into a single, reliable solution. You will partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales to shift quality left and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality across the project lifecycle. You will lead a global, cross-functional quality organization in a matrix environment and translate customer feedback into structural improvements. This role offers visible impact on customer trust, project performance and profitability through a strategic, end-to-end quality approach.

• Define and govern quality principles and processes across the full project lifecycle

• Significant leadership experience in quality, engineering or operations within international, project-driven industrial environments
• Strong understanding of system, solution and application quality beyond product conformity
• Proven experience with quality governance, risk management, and performance indicators across functions and regions
• Experience with ISO 9001 and CE requirements; familiarity with 8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma or equivalents
• Experience in electrical distribution, switchgear, panel building, system integration or EPC projects (valued)
