Your tasks

Do you want to build global partnerships with the world’s leading catering organizations and play an active role in shaping the digitalization of food safety? As a Global Key Account Manager (f/m/x) specializing in Catering & Food Safety, you will take on a pivotal strategic role: you will develop and acquire international key accounts, position our comprehensive solution portfolio - comprising hardware, software, and services - and set new standards for digital HACCP and compliance management within the catering industry.

Your Main Tasks Are

Strategic Key Account Management: You develop and manage global account strategies for international catering groups (e.g., Compass Group, Sodexo, Aramark, Elior, ISS) and build long-term partnerships at decision-maker level.
Business Development & Revenue Responsibility: You are responsible for achieving global revenue and growth targets, managing your opportunity pipeline based on structured account plans, and conducting commercial negotiations for international framework agreements.
Digital Solutions & Software Sales: You drive the global rollout of Testo’s digital HACCP, monitoring, and compliance software portfolio and position Testo as a technology leader in food safety.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: You identify new market opportunities in the catering and food sectors, analyze customer needs and competitive dynamics, and translate insights into concrete sales initiatives.
Interface Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with global and local sales subsidiaries, marketing, service, and technical pre-sales teams, ensuring a consistent strategy across all regions.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: You provide transparent analyses regarding business unit performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Your profile

Sales experience in enterprise and software sectors: At least 7 years of proven success in enterprise and/or software sales, including management of complex, cross-border projects -ideally with experience in the catering industry (e.g., Compass Group, Sodexo, Aramark, Elior, ISS).
Key Account Management & strategic negotiation: Proven experience managing major strategic accounts, navigating RFI/RFP processes, and engaging with complex, multi-level buying centers at decision-maker level.
Food & Catering industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the catering sector (B&I, Healthcare, Education, Travel); knowledge of digital HACCP, compliance SaaS, or operational monitoring solutions is an asset.
Hardware & Software solution sales: Experience selling integrated hardware-software solutions, ideally within regulated or compliance-driven industries.
Strong communication skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills at C-level.
Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel globally (approx. 50% of the time).
Language skills: Business-fluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in other European languages is an asset.
