Global Learning & Development Specialist

Our client is an internationally operating industrial company with multiple locations across Europe. The company places strong emphasis on the continuous development of its employees and invests in modern learning and development processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape global Learning & Development and people development standards and actively drive their implementation across the company's German locations. You will work closely with international teams and the central organization in Poland, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and the development of a sustainable learning culture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Further develop, implement and continuously optimize standards, processes and tools in the areas of Learning & Development and people development across the German locations.
• Analyze development needs and identify skills and competency gaps within the organization.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate employee development initiatives, including technical, language and soft-skills training.
• Work closely with external training providers and development partners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Independently deliver training sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Develop training concepts, learning materials and career and development paths, as well as coordinate internal trainers.
• Leverage modern learning technologies and digital tools to support competency development, including AI-powered solutions.
• Further develop and coordinate HR processes such as job rotation and employee performance and development reviews.
• Monitor current Learning & Development trends and introduce innovative, future-oriented approaches and solutions.
• Support international HR and Learning & Development projects and contribute to the implementation of global initiatives at German sites.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally complemented by a Train-the-Trainer qualification or a comparable certification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Skills & Learning, Learning & Development, people development, talent development or competency management.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programs; experience in an international or industrial/manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills combined with a high degree of initiative and independence.
• Experience in project management and in working with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Openness to digital innovation, modern learning methodologies and emerging trends in Learning & Development.
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
