Global Product Manager, Industrial Fastening Systems

In this role you will be responsible for the international product portfolio of industrial fastening systems, guiding products from market insight to launch and optimization. You collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and international stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive sustainable growth. You will shape pricing, positioning and product development initiatives, while training sales and partners. This is a global, cross-functional role with opportunities to influence portfolio strategy and market impact.

• Manage and develop the global product portfolio throughout its life cycle
• Identify market trends, customer requirements and growth opportunities
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analyses to support strategic decisions
• Define product requirements in cooperation with customers, Sales, and Engineering
• Contribute to international product development projects and launches
• Develop pricing and product positioning strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
• Analyze sales performance, market developments and product profitability and make actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Marketing to support launches and promotional activities
• Deliver product training sessions for Sales, channel partners, and customers
• Support continuous improvement and expansion of the portfolio
• Travel internationally and domestically as required (≈30%)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience managing development and market introduction of technical products
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing and automation technologies
• Work experience in industrial automation a plus
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
