Global Product Manager (m/f/d) Fruits & Vegetables

As Product Manager for Fruits & Vegetables, you steer the global portfolio from crop to consumer, shaping growth and competitiveness. You collaborate with regional teams and multiple functions to ensure the assortment meets market needs and drives profitability. You will define global go-to-market strategies, translate insights into the product roadmap, and support sales with market know-how. • Define and manage the global assortment for the b2b fruit and vegetable portfolio to be complete, competitive and profitable
• Identify growth opportunities and evaluate portfolio attractiveness for Döhler in global markets
• Create global go-to-market strategies and map assortment against market intelligence
• Collaborate with regional product managers and heads to push portfolio in destination markets
• Coordinate with Application, R&D, Pricing and Supply Chain to align portfolio with market needs and trends
• Provide in-house trainings to deepen understanding of the portfolio and positioning
• Communicate portfolio updates across internal and external media
• Develop best practices, processes, and tools for the Fruits & Vegetables business unit
• Define asset/CAPEX requirements with BU teams and plant management
• Support sales through customer visits, projects, and briefings with market know-how
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

• Successful track record as product manager or similar commercial role in food & beverage or related industry
• Degree in food technology, business administration or similar
• Strong analytical ability to draw conclusions from data and translate to actions
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with team and independent work capability
• Integrative personality capable of navigating a matrix organization
• Ability to handle ambiguity, manage change, and multiple priorities
• Strong customer mindset with experience in building partnerships
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and deadline discipline
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Fluent English and German (additional languages welcome)
