Overview

In this role you will lead IFRS accounting, group consolidation, and financial reporting within a fast-moving, global group. You will coordinate with local finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will drive process optimization and digitalization, especially in Lucanet, to streamline closing and reporting. The position sits at the core of Group Accounting, contributing to the company’s mission to Create Trusted Companies by enhancing transparency and reliability of financials. Verantwortungsbereiche

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements and memos
Consolidate group accounts, manage intercompany eliminations, and perform currency translations
Maintain IFRS 16 leasing tool and support group reporting processes
Analyze complex accounting topics (revenue recognition, leasing, provisions, intercompany) and provide commentary
Execute group consolidation in Lucanet, including PPA adjustments
Ensure data quality, support audits, and contribute to finance transformation and automation projects
Onboard new entities and support integration of new systems
Promote AI usage in Finance and maintain strong internal controls

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or comparable field
Several years of experience in Group Accounting / Consolidation
Strong IFRS knowledge and group consolidation experience
Advanced Lucanet knowledge (consolidation and reporting)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Oracle, Navision)
Advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English and German (C2)
