Group Lead, Process Management – SAP IS‑U

Responsibilities

• You lead an interdisciplinary team of experts
• Responsible for the strategic development of complex billing, master data, and market communication processes
• You oversee the design and implementation of regulatory requirements
• Lead interdisciplinary projects with significant external impact
• Ensure process and data quality
• Responsible for incident and requirements management processes in billing

Requirements

• A completed degree (Diploma/Master's) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the SAP IS‑U / SAP CI environment, ideally in billing, invoicing, master data or market communication
• Solid knowledge of energy industry processes as well as regulatory requirements and market rules
• Experience leading an expert team and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Solution-oriented, hands‑on mentality
