Senior Process Manager – CRM, Lead & Pipeline Management

Responsibilities

• Host global sales/marketing alignment meetings
• Drive continuous improvement on the technical side
• Design marketing automation use cases in a B2B context
• Identify and eliminate process gaps and low-quality leadsAct as a global change driver to ensure processes are understood

Requirements

• 6 - 9 years of professional experience
• Analytics & Customer Insights
• CRM
• Marketing Automation
• Proven experience in marketing automation use cases
• True seniority & stakeholder management
• Process mindset end-to-end, pragmatic, hands-on, data-driven
• B2B sales understanding is a major plus
• Business-fluent English is required
