Growth Associate Office: Germany

As our Growth Associate, you will play a key role in driving elmeas’ growth across the German healthcare market. You’ll work hands-on across the entire growth funnel — from generating leads and testing new acquisition channels to supporting our sales and customer success efforts.

You will:

• Drive new business growth through proactive lead generation and outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
• Research and qualify high-potential prospects (e.g. hospitals, clinics, research institutions, healthtech companies)
• Run and optimise marketing outbound campaigns and branding initiatives
• Coordinate and join on-site meetings, pilots and events with customers and partners across Germany
• Build and maintain a structured, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM
• Analyse performance of growth activities and share insights to continuously improve conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with product to refine our value proposition and messaging
• Represent elmeas at conferences, trade fairs and other industry events in Germany

What you need to bring

• Excellent (C1 and above) German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
• Based in Germany with willingness to travel regularly within Germany (customer visits, events, onsite workshops)
• First experience in growth, sales, business development, marketing or a related role (B2B or B2C)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new contacts (including cold outreach)
• Structured, analytical mindset: you enjoy testing, measuring and iterating
• Ability to work independently, prioritise your tasks and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales/growth tools (e.g. email tools, LinkedIn, spreadsheets)
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong bias for action and results
• Openness to feedback and continuous learning
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech or selling into complex organisations is a plus
