As Lead Growth Marketing, you'll take ownership of the entire growth marketing function. You'll initially work as an individual contributor, defining strategy while remaining hands‑on in execution. As the business continues to scale, you'll establish the processes, tooling and operating model that will form the foundation of a future Growth Marketing organization.

Your mission

• Own the company's acquisition and growth marketing strategy end‑to‑end.
• Scale customer acquisition across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate and emerging growth channels.
• Design scalable growth processes, frameworks and performance marketing playbooks.
• Drive AI‑first marketing by integrating modern AI tools and automation into campaign management, experimentation and reporting.
• Continuously improve acquisition funnels, attribution models, tracking and conversion performance.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Leadership to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Establish best practices, define scalable structures and help shape the future Growth Marketing organization.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or User Acquisition.
• A proven track record of scaling B2C products, consumer apps, marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, experimentation, analytics and conversion optimization.
• Experience with modern MarTech ecosystems, attribution and marketing automation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling and leveraging automation to improve speed, efficiency and decision‑making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable systems rather than simply managing existing ones.
