As Growth Marketing Lead for Germany, you'll play a key role in driving the next phase of growth—building brand awareness, generating demand, and helping scale the business across the market.

A bit about the role

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for the German market.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, CRM, partnerships, events, and local marketing channels.
• Drive high-quality lead generation and support the sales team in hitting growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise activity to maximise ROI.
• Manage agency relationships and external partners.
• Support new launches, growth initiatives, and market expansion projects.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Report on performance and share insights that help shape future strategy.

A bit about you

• Several years’ experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to make decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and other commercial teams.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
