Growth Product Manager (Health Coaching): Driving growth for a wellness ecosystem by optimizing acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels with an accent on data-driven experimentation and user insights. Focus on developing hypotheses, improving key business metrics, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to scale product performance.

What you will do

• Drive product growth by optimizing acquisition and activation funnels.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze user feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute data-driven hypotheses for optimization experiments.
• Leverage funnel analytics to measure performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to achieve results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused product management role.
• Experience working in B2C or subscription-based products.
• Proficiency in growth metrics, A/B testing, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.
