It's up to you

• Responsibility for ensuring that operational and administrative processes run smoothly throughout the kitchen area
• Developing and implementing creative and seasonal menus
• Ensuring compliance with our high quality standards in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Monitoring food costs and calculating the cost of dishes
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and hygiene regulations
• Organising holiday leave and duty rosters
• Providing technical guidance and ongoing training to staff under your supervision

What you bring to the team

• Completed training as a chef, as well as several years' professional and managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of modern and classic cuisine, as well as stock management
• A high degree of creativity and a passion for innovative, high-quality cuisine
• A professional and warm manner when dealing with staff and guests
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as a high degree of responsibility and commitment to quality
• Fluency in German and English
