Head of Communications East Africa (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the communications function as an exceptional manager to a team of 3-4 people, setting priorities and maintaining high editorial standards.
• Drive an integrated communications strategy aligned to fundraising priorities to strengthen funder engagement and organizational positioning.
• Set and manage a high editorial bar for all content, including media relations, thought leadership, and storytelling across channels.
