Overview

In this role you will lead the Continuous Improvement transformation across the EMEA region, building a culture of operational excellence. You will partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to drive cross-site improvements and deploy a unified improvement system. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in TPM, Lean and Six Sigma, delivering measurable productivity and cost benefits. This is a high-impact role shaping standard practices and growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Establish Continuous Improvement as the standard way of working, delivering improvements in safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, delivery, and engagement
  • Partner with Operations Leadership, Plant Leadership, and Supply Chain to identify and execute strategic initiatives across end-to-end value chain
  • Be the internal trainer for TPM, Lean and Six Sigma to equip leaders and employees
  • Create and deploy anOperational Excellence roadmap with best practices and sustainable performance improvements
  • Deliver measurable efficiencies, productivity gains, cost reductions, waste elimination, and working capital improvements across all EMEA sites
  • Lead and develop a team (3 direct reports)
  • Develop, standardize and deploy CI methodologies across EMEA (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work)
  • Lead cross-functional improvement programs and standardization of best practices across sites and functions
  • Develop and maintain a CI performance management framework
  • Foster a culture of problem solving and operational discipline across daily work
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit
  • Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Supply Chain Transformation
  • People leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Proven track record delivering significant operational improvements across multiple sites
  • Experience implementing TPM, Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing and supply chain environments
  • Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing or similar complex production environment preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and large-scale transformation
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European language (preferably French) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region (60% Ansbach, 20% Lyon, 20% Guben)
