Quality Engineer for Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement for Test Technologies (f/m/div)

In this role you drive systematic problem solving and quality excellence within the Test Technology & Innovation (TTI) organization. You lead cross-functional problem-solving, coach teams, and shape the quality roadmap to close gaps. You enable a culture of learning from failures and implement scalable improvements. You will collaborate across sites to understand pain points and advance TTI’s quality maturity.

• Champion Thinking Six Sigma (T6S) and 8D as the standard problem-solving approach in TTI
• Build and sustain a T6S community within TTI
• Lead advanced T6S initiatives cross-functionally
• Moderate 8D and 5-Why problem-solving sessions and facilitate cross-functional teams
• Support management in scoping strategic projects and acting as a quality consultant
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
• Contribute to the strategic quality roadmap and close gaps
• Consolidate training needs for TTI and propose measures for different belt levels
• Travel between sites to understand pain points and support deployment

• 6+ years of semiconductor experience with knowledge of Test Equipment, Test Development and Operations
• Willingness to obtain or renew T6S Green Belt certification
• Strong expertise in 8D and root-cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa) and DMAIC
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Experience in training and coaching roles
