Overview

As IT System Architect, you will lead and govern test strategy, QA, and change management within SAP S/4HANA migration programs. You will shape global testing governance, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure comprehensive test execution with clear KPIs and go/no-go gates. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT concepts and programs, aligning with enterprise strategy. This role offers impact by steering complex testing initiatives across local and global landscapes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

User support to resolve technical issues for business departments
Design and governance of user/resource administration
Definition and implementation of test automation strategy and tooling
Change management governance for software upgrades and extensions with program-level test plans
Documentation of standards, procedures, and global guidelines
End-to-end test execution and defect management
Leadership and strategic testing for complex initiatives
Coordination of national and international partners in cross-functional testing
Development and governance of test strategy for major programs (Next Level Program) and QA governance
Design of enterprise communication structures with KPI-based quality reporting
Option/variant analyses for test automation strategy and proposals
Management and governance of complex application systems

Zentrale Anforderungen

Completed university degree with advanced specialization (Master’s, PhD, or Diploma) and extensive experience in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
Project management experience
Interest in IT transformations and ERP systems
Structured, reliable, self-driven work style
Very good German and good English (written and spoken)
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and quick comprehension
