Advisor, Quality Assurance - Qualified Person

As Qualified Person focusing on vaccine manufacturing compliance, you will certify and release veterinary vaccines for global markets, serving as the regulatory anchor for manufacturing quality. You collaborate with production to ensure processes follow validated conditions and GMP standards. You evaluate production deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to uphold quality. You lead audit and inspection readiness and advise on GMP issues across vaccine production. This role supports Elanco's mission to improve animal health by enabling safe, compliant vaccines at scale.

• Batch release: certify and release veterinary vaccines for national and international markets
• Manufacturing compliance & monitoring: align production with validated conditions and GMP documentation

• 10+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• QP qualification per EU Regulation 2019/6 Article 97 and German Tierimpfstoff-Verordnung Section 5
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
