Head of Global Business Development – Data Center Cooling (m/f/x)

In this role you shape and expand key business areas within a global, family-owned manufacturer of process measurement and control technologies. You collaborate across R&D, production, sales and external partners to forecast trends, validate them with customers, and translate technical concepts into business value. You drive proactive market responses and help define new business models and partnerships. Your work supports growth through international networks and strategic collaborations.

• Degree in Engineering (Fluidics, Thermal Management, Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 7 years international experience in business development, key account management, or project leadership in data center cooling, HVAC, or fluidics
• Proven track record delivering liquid cooling projects (direct-to-chip, immersion, CDU skids)
• Established global network within the data center ecosystem and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives
• Strong cross-cultural leadership; fluent English; German/other languages a plus; willingness to travel globally (40–50%)
