• Strategic and hands‑on Head of Growth / CGO to lead global growth initiatives.
• Works at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and business strategy.
• Collaborates with Product, BI, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end growth journey design from marketing touchpoints to product engagement.
• Building an experimentation culture: prioritizing, testing, and scaling insights.
• Cross-functional growth integration between creative, user acquisition, and product teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience with subscription-based B2C products across web/mobile.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with growth experimentation methods.
