Head of Industry - Manufacturing

As Head of Manufacturing, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Celonis’ Manufacturing Industry Practice. You’ll partner with GTM, product, AI, engineering, and external partners to scale software solutions for manufacturing processes. You’ll serve as the face of the industry, driving success for clients, Celonauts, and partners globally. This role combines leadership, entrepreneurship, and cross-functional collaboration to shape industry offerings and impact.

• Define the practice vision and translate it into a strategic plan with prioritized actions
• Build and lead a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, AI Builders, and governance processes
• Engage directly with customers to align Celonis manufacturing solutions with business strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and GTM leaders to inform future product development from customer feedback
• Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform to drive innovation and expand offerings
• Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy manufacturing solutions

• Proven track record building and leading cross-functional software teams
