Do you think about communications holistically, combining strategy with execution while actively shaping the global perception of a strong brand? Do you lead teams with clarity and trust, and know how to bring together different marketing disciplines to create a unified impact? Then take on a key role within our Global Marketing team. As Head of Integrated Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for d&b's global marketing communications. You will further develop our communications strategy, lead an international team, and ensure that our messages remain consistent, impactful, and measurable across all channels, markets, and audiences.

Your Tasks.

• Further develop the global marketing communications strategy and translate business, product, and go-to-market strategies into impactful communication concepts
• Lead and develop your team through clear objectives, defined responsibilities, and a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Orchestrate all communication activities across PR, social media, digital marketing, partner marketing, and internal communications into an integrated brand experience
• Establish KPI-driven steering models and derive data-based optimization measures to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Web, Territory Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution
• Continuously evolve communication frameworks, narratives, and priorities while ensuring global consistency
• Manage budgets, resources, and processes in line with strategic priorities and continuously optimize their effectiveness

Your Profile.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of leadership experience in Marketing, Communications, or Integrated Marketing Communications
• Proven success in developing and implementing global or international communication strategies
• Ability to strategically and operationally integrate multiple marketing disciplines, digital channels, and communication formats
• A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing performance through relevant KPIs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and international teams with confidence and credibility
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English
