Head of Legal (Fully Remote)

• Own the day-to-day contract lifecycle: MSAs, order forms, NDAs, partner agreements, and marketplace contracts.
• Partner with Sales leadership on live deals, turning redlines around fast and unblocking deals.
• Build and improve contract playbooks, fallback positions, and self-serve tooling to enable sales team autonomy.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of relevant experience with top-tier law firm training and in-house B2B SaaS experience.
• Deep commercial contracting experience negotiating enterprise SaaS MSAs with Fortune 500 teams.
• AI-first mindset with proven implementation of AI tools in legal workflows.
