Growth Product & Business Analyst (Fully Remote)

• AllTrails is seeking a Growth Product & Business Analyst hybrid to inform strategy and grow the business.
• This role partners with Analytics Lead, product managers, finance analysts, engineers, and marketers.
• The goal is to uncover new ways to scale growth through data-driven insights.

What you'll be doing:

• Break down complex business and user behavior problems to move core metrics.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments and growth initiatives.
• Standardize business performance reporting and proactively monitor KPIs.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or finance with B2C product analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R/Excel, and dashboarding tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive knowledge-sharing attitude.
