Head of Marketplace (m/f/d)

As Head of Marketplace you will own and scale the marketplace business, steering strategy and P&L for the division. You’ll build a DTC marketplace from the ground up and collaborate with major partners to accelerate Germany-wide growth. You will shape the marketplace roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver profitable expansion in a dynamic consumer electronics environment. This leadership role offers a high-impact opportunity to define how the business engages with retailers and customers at scale.

• Own and manage the full P&L for the marketplace division
• Shape strategy and roadmap for the marketplace
• Design, launch, and scale a direct-to-consumer marketplace from scratch
• Collaborate with key partners such as Amazon, Otto, and MediaMarkt
• Drive growth across Germany and beyond through structured processes and tools
• Partner with marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and brand visibility on marketplaces

• Marketplace operations experience (onboarding, pricing, assortment, performance management)
• Strong data-driven decision making with financial acumen and full P&L responsibility
• Hands-on experience with major marketplace players (Amazon, Otto, MediaMarkt)
• Proven ability to build a DTC marketplace from scratch
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics sector dynamics
