Head of Photovoltaics Department

Stellenbeschreibung:

Advise customers on photovoltaic solutions, self-consumption, and customized system concepts
Plan and prepare quotations for PV projects
Develop and expand the photovoltaics business unit
Provide technical leadership for the PV department and support its continued development
Coordinate project implementation with internal departments
Coordinate employees, partner companies, and external personnel as needed
Provide hands-on support with execution when interested and required
Contribute ideas for advancing sales and marketing
Attend regional customer meetings and project assignments in the area from Wernigerode to a maximum of Hanover
Manage projects from initial consultation and quotation through coordination of implementation

Requirements

Experience in planning photovoltaic systems
Interest in sales, consulting, and project development
Initial leadership or coordination experience is an advantage but not required
Technical understanding and the ability to develop customer-focused solutions
Basic knowledge of cost calculation and willingness to learn the company’s in-house system
Independent, structured, and reliable approach to work
Willingness to attend regional customer meetings
Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate with various internal departments
A hands-on mentality is an advantage but not required
Experienced candidates with a senior-level profile are expressly welcome
