A pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Germany is looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing to take full ownership of its operations and lead a transformation programme with genuine scope and mandate.

The business knows what needs to change and is looking for a leader with the confidence and capability to drive that from the front.

The Role

Reporting to senior site leadership, you will have full accountability for:

• End-to-end manufacturing operations including production, packaging and warehouse
• Quality, safety, regulatory and operational performance
• Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering
• Driving real improvement, operationally and culturally
• Full compliance with German pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations including AMWHV

What We're Looking For

• Proven Head of Manufacturing or equivalent in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in complex, multi-product manufacturing operations
• A genuine track record of building teams and raising standards
• Proactive, decisive and comfortable with complexity
• Someone who leads with people, not just through them

Location & Package
