Head of Strategic Operations – Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution across Token Factory’s highest-priority initiatives, including product launches, GTM programs, strategic partnerships, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership teams to align priorities and keep cross‑functional programs moving with speed.
• Turn ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision points.
• Build lightweight operating mechanisms that help the organization scale, including dashboards, QBRs, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision frameworks.
• Translate technical, business, and organizational complexity into concise recommendations and executive‑ready communication.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and create alignment across teams to accelerate execution.
• Drive the operational details that make high‑impact initiatives successful — from running reviews and documenting decisions to ensuring teams follow through and deliver.

Requirements

• Have 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or related roles.
• Can take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans.
• Have experience driving complex cross‑functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Are highly organized and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously.
• Write clearly and can distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision‑ready documents.
• Are execution‑oriented and willing to operate at every level, from strategic planning to tactical follow‑through.
• Thrive in fast‑moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Have experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
