Head of Supply – Build the Future of App Growth

In this leadership role you own and scale Appiness' supply-side intelligence, building a diversified, high-margin ecosystem across DSPs, CTV, OEM, and premium inventory. You will shape the supply strategy, protect incrementality, and reduce publisher dependency while driving profitable growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand high-quality partners and ensure sustainable margins. This role offers ownership of a core growth engine in a global, collaborative environment.

• Expand the supply universe by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and activating new networks and platforms
• Architect a diversified supply strategy across DSPs, CTV, OEM, and premium inventory
• Protect incrementality and prevent CPI/CPA commoditization
• Own MMP and incrementality logic, including postbacks, event mapping, SKAN, cohort validation, and LTV analysis
• Monitor and optimize for margin preservation and strong GP per new supply partner
• Develop cross-channel understanding of how campaigns operate across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
• Reduce publisher dependency risk and ensure resilient supply stack
• Lead negotiations with networks and DSPs to secure differentiating, non-commoditized inventory

• 6+ years in mobile performance ecosystem
• Strategic and commercially sharp with strong negotiating skills
• Obsessed with incrementality and skeptical of inflated scale
• Experience with at least one of AppLovin, ironSource, Unity, Liftoff, Moloco, InMobi, Mintegral, Chartboost, AdColony, Fyber or similar
• Understanding of postbacks, event mapping, SKAN, cohort validation, and LTV analysis
• Knowledge of how supply is structured and what constitutes easy scale and margin protection
