Health & Safety Advisor - Data Centre - Frankfurt

As Health & Safety Advisor on a high-profile data centre build in Frankfurt, you will lead HSE on a €50m mechanical package, setting standards and ensuring site compliance. You will engage with on-site teams to embed a safety-first culture. You will apply EU and German regulations and leverage relevant HSE qualifications. • Lead safety on a large construction/MEP project on site
• Set safety standards and ensure ongoing compliance on site
• Engage with on-site teams to foster a safety-first culture
• Provide expert guidance on EU and German safety regulations
• Support continuous safety improvements and incident investigations

• Solid experience managing HSE on large construction or MEP projects
• Hands-on, approachable leader able to engage with teams on site
• Strong knowledge of EU and German safety regulations
• EU work rights or valid visa
• HSE qualification (ideally NEBOSH)
