Junior Manager Pricing Operations E-Commerce Europe (Limited until )

• Oversee pricing, markdown and promotional activities of competition as a resource for internal key stakeholders
• Responsible for maintaining prices and price accuracy in ERP system
• Proactively analyze current price points and dynamically changing markdowns to win the buy box
• Work cross functionally with Planners, Category and Commercial Managers
• Support the business team in modeling revenue and margin opportunities on pricing
• Conduct price analysis across different ecommerce platforms and provide suggestions on mark-downs
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation
• Drive development of quantitative models necessary for the evaluation and implementation of new pricing strategies
• Develop innovative methods and tools for reviewing, analyzing, forecasting, and presenting pricing, markdowns and promotion performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in business Mgmt. or other relevant areas
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in E-Commerce or Digital Industry
• Knowledge of standard Retail / E-Com processes and KPIs
• Experience with analytical tools such as MS excel, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills - ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports
• Knowledge of using digital platforms – SAP, SFCC, Product Data Mgmt tools is beneficial
• Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus
