  • Guide high-speed interconnect SI/EMC design and optimization with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze SI/EMC requirements from RFQs, standards, and workgroups
  • Conduct fundamental feasibility studies and investigations for design concepts
  • Identify critical design parameters, dimensions, and tolerances impacting performance
  • Propose optimizations considering costs, quality, manufacturability, and constraints
  • Perform SI/EMC simulations for connectors, cables, and PCBs up to 20 GHz+
  • Participate in key product development milestones (concept/design/DFM/DFMEA)
  • Align simulation with real-world measurements and perform root-cause analysis
  • Create SI/EMC design guidelines and train engineers
  • Improve and automate characterization, modeling, simulation, and design processes using AI-based approaches
  • Engage in Open Alliance, MIPI, ASA work groups and standardization activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Master degree in electrical or telecommunications engineering or bachelor degree with relevant experience in cable/device connector development
