HondaJet Captain (HA‑420) — Open Base Germany (Düsseldorf/Cologne)

The Role

As Captain on the HondaJet HA‑420, you will ensure safe, efficient, and customer‑centric operations in accordance with EASA AIR‑OPS and company SOPs. You’ll lead multi‑crew missions, deliver an exceptional onboard experience, and represent ProAir Aviation with professionalism at every stage of the journey.

What You’ll Do

• Act as PIC on the HA‑420 HondaJet for commercial charter flights under EASA AIR‑OPS.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
• Lead effective CRM and decision‑making to maintain the highest safety standards.
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance, accurate documentation, and on‑time performance.
• Coordinate closely with Operations/Dispatch; familiarity with Crewbriefing/APG and LEON is an advantage.
• Deliver attentive, discreet customer care and uphold ProAir’s service standards.
• Maintain currency, training records, and contribute to continuous improvement and cost awareness.

What You’ll Bring

• Valid EASA CPL or EASA ATPL license.
• Valid MCC (Multi‑Crew Cooperation) certificate.
• Valid HA‑420 HondaJet type rating.
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time and 500 hours PIC.
• Experience in commercial flight operations per EASA AIR‑OPS.
• Valid work and residence permit for Germany.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Class B driver’s license (car).
• High resilience, teamwork skills, and a service‑ & goal‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Crewbriefing/APG and LEON (advantageous).
• Economic and cost awareness, flexibility with working hours, and unwavering commitment to safety and customer care.
