HR Business Analyst - Systems and Processes (m/f/d)

In this HR Business Analyst role, you bridge HR and IT to translate business needs into practical, scalable HR solutions. You’ll analyze processes, drive improvements, and implement effective systems with a focus on governance, quality, and compliance. Collaborating with HR, IT, and QA teams across countries, you’ll shape data-driven decisions and Workday-enabled capabilities that support the HR roadmap and audits. This is a hands-on role for turning complex requirements into tangible improvements in a global context.

• Partner with HR teams to elicit requirements and translate them into functional specs for Workday and analytics needs
• Analyze HR processes to identify improvement opportunities and align with Workday capabilities
• Lead improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure HR process documentation aligns with ISO standards and manage a central HR process repository
• Support compliance activities, internal controls, and ISO audits; manage ICF follow-ups
• Contribute to HR roadmap, governance, risk, and reporting in coordination with Workday and key stakeholders
