We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic consulting and support for managers in relevant personnel management of employees and employment law topics of the employee life cycle.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Strategic consulting and support for managers in relevant personnel management and employment law topics of the employee life cycle
• Guiding the business in regards to individual and collective personnel measures
• Development of strategic and operational HR processes in the areas of supervisory as well as in the entire company
• Design, development, support and management of relevant strategic HR projects in cooperation with (HR) interfaces
• Strategic partnering with the management in the context of transformation and change processes
• Setting innovative impulses for the business in the collaboration with the other international HR teams in order to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation
• Functional management and guidance of HR Generalists
• Constructive cooperation and partnership with works council

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources and a University degree in business administration or similar
• Fluent in German and English, especially Business English
• Implementation strength and efficient execution
• Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands‑on mentality and confidence in appearance
• High commitment and team orientation
