HR Manager – HR Business Partner

• Advise and coach managers on all HR and leadership matters.
• Strategically develop HR processes (e.g., in recruiting, talent management, or performance management).
• Support change processes (change management) and help teams grow in a structured way.
• Support the entire employee life cycle — from onboarding to the issuance of employment references.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees.
• Maintain HR master data and prepare monthly payroll.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in HR.
• Preferably experience in operational HR administration and in advising managers.
• Strong hands‑on mentality.
• Good knowledge of German labor law.
• Confident user of HR software tools.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Confident presence when interacting with management.
