HVAC Specialist/Inspector

Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional interested in our construction management assignments for projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, you will work independently or as part of a project team on various construction projects as an HVAC specialist and inspector. The role also includes various expert tasks in representing the client’s interests and guiding design. The projects you may be involved in can be new constructions or renovations.

As an HVAC specialist and inspector, you will handle tasks according to your expertise and have the opportunity to influence our way of working. Modern supervision tools are at your disposal.

Qualifications

A suitable educational background in the field (at least a technical college degree) and work experience in construction management, especially in supervision, as well as in contracting and design, provide a good foundation for success. You are a trusted colleague and naturally collaborate with different parties both within the company and in other project stakeholders. You efficiently produce the necessary documentation for the sites you supervise using various information systems and applications. Certifications in the field are a plus but not mandatory, as we offer additional training.

Working Conditions

Your daily work is mobile, but your workplace is located in Vantaa at the Aviapolis business area, with excellent transportation connections. Flexible working methods include remote work options. The start date is negotiable.
